About Us Our Story Our journey started many years ago when my great-grandfather started 'Shri Krishna Provision Stores' in the heart of Karnataka. Everyday, my sister & I helped our parents for running the store. I still reminisce the hustle and bustle of serving the customers, savouring the sights and smells of cardamom, powder chutneys, and all spices. We sold nearly all regional snacks, Holiges, and the items required during festivals - Ugadi, Sankranti, Janmashtami, Diwali, etc. Fast forward to 2006, after marriage, I moved to the UK but sadly the taste of India, of Karnataka, got left behind. This resulted in us bulk buying every time we visited India but that barely enough to last us for 3 weeks. That's when we thought it can't be just us who wanted the taste of India but were missing out. Having enough time during the pandemic, we were encouraged to serve the wider Indian audience in UK & Europe. This business germinated so swiftly that we were ourselves were taken aback. We had started off by selling yummylicious Holiges, condiments like Chutney Pudis, pickles and some eternal savouries (Kodabales) but now we've expanded greatly with over 70 different products!
